Billing and payment

Transparent pricing. Enterprise billing.

Our prices are here for anyone to see, but we are not a card-only subscription. We invoice you in the currency you choose, and you settle by bank transfer or card.

We are used to serving established and enterprise customers, so purchase orders, agreed payment terms, and your own accounts-team schedule are all straightforward. Tell us how your finance team likes to work and we will fit around it.

Allowances

How classifications work.

Simple to predict, fair on how it counts. Here is exactly what uses an allowance.

tag

One product, one region, one classification

Determining a product's code for one region is one classification. Checking the same product for another region, such as the US or EU, is a second classification, and so on.

calendar_view_month

Pooled by quarter

Your monthly allowance is pooled across the quarter, so a 50-a-month plan gives you 150 classifications a quarter to use as you like. The count resets each quarter, and anything above it is billed as overage.

public

Every region, one subscription

You do not buy regions separately. UK and US are live now, with the EU available from September 2026, and your subscription already includes new regions when they go live.

Clear on retries

If a classification cannot reach a confident result, it tells you what is missing, so you can often decide without trying again. If you update the product and run it again, that retry is a new classification.

Pricing questions

One classification determines the tariff code for one product in one region. Checking the same product for another region is a second classification. If a classification cannot reach a confident result it tells you what is missing, and if you update the product and run it again that retry is a new classification.
Your monthly figure is pooled across the quarter. A 50-a-month plan means 150 classifications a quarter, which you can use unevenly across the three months. The allowance resets at the start of each quarter.
Anything above your quarterly allowance is simply billed in addition, at a clear per-classification rate: £1.19 on Get Started, £0.76 on Progressive, and £0.49 on Professional. If you are regularly going over, moving up a tier or to a custom plan usually works out better value, and we are happy to recommend the right fit.
Both are available. Annual billing works out around 8% cheaper than paying quarterly. Use the toggle above to compare the two on each plan.
Yes. One subscription covers every live region. UK and US are live today, with the EU available from September 2026, and you already have access when it goes live at no extra cost. Each product-region validation draws from the same allowance.
